SandWOD Local Sender

SandWOD Local Sender is a private personal automation that sends a daily SandWOD workout email to its owner's configured recipient.

The application uses Google Gmail only to send scheduled workout emails from the Gmail account explicitly authorized by the owner. It does not read, search, modify, delete, or share mailbox contents.
